Nick Davies LLB, (hons), barrister, is a tall, well dressed Mancunian who has run 4 of his own businesses, as well as having been a lawyer, and worked in retails and field sales environments.

Now running his own training company, www.reallygreattraining.co.uk, he travels the UK and Europe, teaching lawyers and business people, a range of oral communication skills; talking to audiences ranging from 10 to 800.

When he’s not training he’s out hosting award ceremonies and delivering after dinner speeches in venues as diverse as The Edinburgh International Exhibition and Conference Centre, to The Savoy in London and of course, delivering stand up at The Stand Comedy Club

Nick’s worked and shared stages with a number of well-known people, including: The Rt. Hon. Michael Portillo, Sir Digby Jones, Fred Macaulay, Jenny Bond, Kate Adie, Roger Black MBE, Jackie Bird, Max Clifford, Alan Hansen and Alastair Campbell.  Nick has also hosted numerous charity auctions and award ceremonies, including, The Scottish Legal Awards and The European Practice Management Awards for the past 6 years. He has also been the speaker at the North Sound radio dinner in Aberdeen on two occasions.

Nick's background makes him ideal as an after dinner speaker or host for any corporate event and has the knack of tailoring his stuff for the audience in front of him, appreciating the fact that what goes down well in a Stand Up clubs might be wholly inappropriate in front of business clients.
